My plan is to get up at 5:30 and workout for a 1/2 hour. I missed it today due to a serious set back in Sam's sleeping schedule. The previous nights he slept 4-5 hour increments leading me to believe we were coasting a wave of less sleepless nights. Then last night he was up at midnight, 3am and snorted so loud from 4:30 - 6 I could barely sleep!
Soooooooo, will try again tonight with this plan. Maybe I need to try working out before going to bed? Never tried that before, always been a morning person.

I workout at night, right after I send the kids off to bed. I do this for a few reasons, I know I have the time AND as I am working out I can think about the bad things I might of had to eat that day and push it even harder to burn it off!!!
Running is something I still can't figure out how to be consistent with and when to do it!
I hope you get some sleep!!!!

I've been there before. It was really tough to get my workouts in when my daughter was little. I had to work out at 9 P.M.
