* I did not wear gold sandals to work every day last week just because they are the only pair of sandals left that fit (aren't broken).
* I did not let my daughter carry the toilet paper roll handle into the car and into various stores. It has a neat retraction - in, out - I guess it's fascinating to a child.
* I did not allow my daughter to run all over Barnes & Noble, climbing up and down the stairs to the cafe on her hands and knees because she hasn't learned to walk up stairs properly then running up and down the wheel chair ramp.
* I did not get the bright idea to put a chair next to the accessory drawer thus allowing her to pull out every contraption and throw it on the floor while I spent 15 minutes making dinner. If I had done that, it would have only been because she was a little sick all day, demanding to be held and only the fascination of unviewed wonders could possibly suffice.

i did not covertly pass a toilet roll to shark for her sneezing problem - the same toilet roll i (ahem) 'borrowed' from the ladies loos because we had run out of tissues - only to watch shark drop the thing and for it to bounce along the shop floor, unrolling as it went while she held the last sheet. i would never do such a thing. all i can say is that when shark sneezes, she sneezes long and BIG, and last time the only solution i had was a pack of sanitary towels.
