Sam turned 4 in August, but we waited to enroll him in pre-school so he could spend a month in Texas with his grandparents. It gave little sister Vi a month to get used to him not being around every day.
So far he's enjoying the new schedule but he seemed so tired at the end of the day. I go back and forth about wanting to keep him home longer and knowing the timing is perfect. Our forth baby will be here around mid-January 2015 so it's important to get routines established before she arrives. So off goes my 2nd child, to school, for the next 20 or so years!
