I remember Friday nights BC (before children) with nights out, restaurants, movies, beach - all of that gone. Replaced with an evening of wild entertainment sponsored by our daughter and an entire bottle of baby powder while I feed her brother in what I thought was a quiet time.
Quiet, out-of-sight children means a ton of work for me, usually. Hope clean-up wasn't nearly as hard as it looks like I might have been. I can imagine powder would go EVERYWHERE. LOL!
I promise those will be among the MOST cherished pictures by both of you. I laugh a lot when I look at the pictures of me (about the same age) with cold cream smeared EVERYWHERE! :)
It's when they are quiet that the most trouble and messes can happen. She looks like she had a great time though.
ReplyDeleteOh no!!! lol I mean you can't help but laugh... but yikes! what a clean up!
