How precious! Thanks for visiting yesterday and offering the advice on protein intake. I thought about protein powder a little, but I'm taking soy and while it adds a little additional protein I figured I shouldn't complicate things anymore. lol. However, I am keeping this (protein powder) in the back of my mind, though.
