I've been absent, because my mom was in town

Naturally evenings are spent away from the computer when company is visiting. We may not do much in the evenings, aside from dinner and getting the kids to bed but it's still nice to spend it quietly with family.

I do like to get mom to the beach at least once per visit. Here is my favorite photo (thanks to friend Carol who came along and took this photo):


And a bit later she helped scoop a cigarette butt from his mouth. Silly kid.
